COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Customer, Supplier, Partner,

We are open for business.

Our plants supply the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and the paper industry, which are all listed as essentials businesses by the Provincial Government of Quebec and Provincial Government of Ontario.

Atlantic Coated Papers is closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19. Our goal is to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our community, from our employees and their families to the customers, suppliers and partners with whom we work.

We would like to communicate some important guidelines moving forward to help promote the health and well-being of our entire community.

ACP employees are highly encouraged to limit any non-business critical travel. Our office staff that can work from home are working remotely to help contain and mitigate the spread of the virus.

There is no disruption to our production, inbound and outbound freight deliveries are not impacted. There will be no supplier and visitor access to ACP sites. We ask our customers, suppliers and partners to please conduct your business with ACP by phone, email or other virtual technology methods whenever possible. In case of an emergency that requires your presence in person or if you have any questions, please contact your ACP National Account Manager or your ACP Customer Service Rep.

We value our relationship with you and are committed to doing everything we can to help keep all of us safe. We will continue to closely monitor and follow the guidance of Health Canada, WHO, CDC and other public health experts.
